Notes:

The blackbird whistling/Or just after is a short work for celtic (troubadour) harp written for my friend and colleague Victoria Jordanova. The piece was adapted from the original piano version, and the title was suggested by my husband, poet John Campion, from Wallace Steven’s Thirteen Way of Looking at a Blackbird:

I do not know which to prefer,
The beauty of inflections
Or the beauty of innuendoes,
The blackbird whistling
Or just after.
